Edinburgh City Centre. Salary circa £25K dependent on experience. Fantastic chance to be part of a proactive, professional property agency. We are looking for a real "Bright Spark", someone with a passion for customer service and positive energy. This is an extremely varied post – a key role for the business!

If you have a background in high-end retail, hospitality, front of house and are super organised, this could be the role you’ve been searching for.

Our client is more focused on the person and personality that will fit within the team than anything else. The role as described below is not limited to what is advised and can be built and developed in any direction within the business as the person grows and progresses. Some out of hours work may be required.

Front of House Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them
  • Welcoming all guests
  • Key handling and distribution
  • Key cutting
  • Organising inventory and stock of items in office
  • Tidying and keeping presentable
  • General office work associated with admin role

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with contractors
  • Support all team members
  • Diary management
  • Budget management, receipt and invoice management
  • Tech asset management and support
  • Meter readings (printers and utilities)
  • Key auditing and chasing returns

Team Support Responsibilities:

  • Directly reporting to Director team & MD
  • Minute taking
  • Social media planning, drafting, organising and launching (band management/strategy and scheduling)
  • External event organising, management and set up (networking and other events)
  • Assisting with initial responses to enquiries (sales and lettings)
  • Access liaison for maintenance and with tenants and clients alike
  • Maintenance logging and organisation in support of lettings maintenance team
  • Work with financial services, lettings, maintenance, sales, insurance & investment teams in-house
  • Growth within the business
