Role Overview:

As Client Manager, you will be a key point of contact for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive approach to sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and manage property viewings, ensuring properties are presented professionally and appointments run smoothly.
  • Actively work with buyers to understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and trusted advice throughout the sales journey.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Handle buyer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client and property records within the CRM system.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to progress sales efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to sellers following viewings and advise on market conditions and buyer interest.
  • Support the wider sales team to ensure targets and service standards are met.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in estate agency, property sales, or a customer-facing sales role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Confident negotiation skills and a commercially minded approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
