We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Studio Manager to lead the operations and growth of a thriving F45 fitness studio. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in sales, team leadership, and fitness management, who excels in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for driving membership sales, ensuring seamless daily operations, and fostering an engaged fitness community. This role requires a proactive leader who can take ownership of the studio’s success, develop and lead a high-performing team, manage marketing initiatives, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. The Role:
- Salary: £32,000 + OTE
- Working Hours: 40 hours p/w
- Leave: 28 days per year + Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day (all other bank holidays not included). Extra one day leave on your birthday (to be taken within a week of your birthday)
- Coach Classes - 5-10 hours/week

Reporting to: Area Manager
Responsibilities:
- Studio Growth & Membership Sales: Take the lead on all membership sales, from generating leads to conversion. Meet and exceed studio performance targets (KPIs) for sales and retention. Engage with the local community to drive awareness and studio participation. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership and revenue. Oversee CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and member engagement.
- Operations & Business Management: Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service. Manage studio operating expenses, payroll, and budgets within target guidelines. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain service and studio needs. Ensure the studio is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped at all times. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of fitness trainers and support staff. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure top-quality service and class delivery. Track and manage all trainer certifications and education requirements. Develop a positive, high-energy culture that motivates and inspires the team. Oversee shift scheduling and ensure the smooth running of a fully staffed class schedule.
- Community & Brand Engagement: Lead from the front in providing outstanding customer service, setting a high standard for staff. Organise events, promotions, and local partnerships to enhance community engagement. Plan and execute specific challenges, ensuring high participation and retention. Develop and execute social media and marketing initiatives to drive awareness and membership. Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies while maintaining a strong local presence.
The Person:
- Level 3 Personal Training Certification (minimum).
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
- Proven sales leadership experience in the fitness industry.
- Management experience, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Strong ability to drive sales and hit revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a member-centric approach.
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, Mindbody, and social media marketing.
- A passionate, energetic leader with an ownership mindset and a drive for success.
