A new studio alert! Whole timetable to fill! We are seeking several Pilates Coaches to join the team at one of our clients, who are launching a Reformer Studio at their site, in Tower Bridge/ Wapping.
As a Reformer Instructor, you will lead dynamic and effective Reformer Pilates classes, providing a premium, client-focused experience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a vibrant community, helping members reach their fitness goals while upholding the studio’s high standards of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a love for Pilates and fitness to thrive in a supportive, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
Salary: £40-45 per class

The Role:
- Lead Reformer Pilates classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels, ensuring all clients feel supported, challenged, and motivated.
- Deliver safe, effective, and technically accurate Reformer exercises, providing adjustments and modifications for individual client needs.
- Offer hands-on corrections and form guidance to ensure clients perform movements with precision, helping to prevent injury and maximise results.
- Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm in each class, creating an inclusive and motivating atmosphere.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients, offering personalised advice, feedback, and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Actively engage with clients before and after classes, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience that enhances client retention and loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the studio, embodying its core values of health, wellness, and community.
- Help maintain the studio’s premium environment by ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored, the studio is well-presented, and safety standards are adhered to.
- Contribute to creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere where every client feels welcomed and inspired to return.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the studio to enhance skills and improve client outcomes.
- Proactively seek feedback and incorporate it to continually improve teaching methods and class delivery.
The Person:
- Nationally recognised Pilates certification or personal training certification Level 3 or above.
- First Aid certification from a reputable organisation.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs for individuals of varying fitness levels and goals.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and proper exercise technique.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients, adapting coaching styles to meet individual needs.
- Organisational skills to track client progress, schedule sessions, and manage administrative tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on client availability.
