An ambitious and growing boutique fitness business is seeking a Studio Coordinator to play a pivotal role in its next stage of growth. With plans to significantly expand its membership base over the coming year, this position is central to delivering an exceptional member experience while driving new member acquisition and retention.

The Studio Coordinator will act as the face of the business, ensuring every prospective and existing member receives outstanding service from their first enquiry through to becoming an engaged member of the community. Working closely with the leadership team, this individual will support studio operations, manage sales activity, and contribute to the continued success of a high-energy, performance-driven environment.

The Role:

The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day member journey while supporting the studio's membership growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all membership enquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Proactively following up leads and nurturing prospective members through the sales process.
  • Converting walk-ins, enquiries, and trial participants into active members.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with members to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Supporting the achievement of monthly and annual membership growth targets.
  • Delivering a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of leads, memberships, and member communications.
  • Supporting studio events, promotions, and community-building initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with the coaching and leadership teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Assisting with general studio administration and operational tasks as required.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting the studio's values, culture, and services both in person and online.

The role is studio-based, with working hours typically aligned to member demand, including peak morning and evening periods. Standard operating hours are expected to fall between 10:00am and 7:00pm, with flexibility required to support business needs. Performance will be measured through a combination of membership growth, lead conversion, member satisfaction and overall contribution to studio success.
