As Studio Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in launching and shaping a premium wellness destination that blends fitness, therapy, hospitality and sensory wellbeing. Working closely with the founder, they will be responsible for creating operational excellence, building a high-performing team and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's elevated standards.

The Role: The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the studio while establishing the systems, processes and culture required for long-term growth. Acting as the operational heartbeat of the business, they will ensure the studio delivers a seamless guest experience, strong commercial performance and exceptional service standards from day one.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of studio operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Building and implementing operational systems, processes and procedures that support future scalability.
- Driving revenue performance through strong commercial awareness, membership growth and guest retention strategies.
- Monitoring operational KPIs, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing a small but high-performing team aligned with the brand's values and service philosophy.
- Managing front-of-house operations and ensuring hospitality-level service standards are consistently delivered.
- Acting as the key point of contact for instructors, therapists and external wellness partners.
- Overseeing scheduling, staffing, inventory management and studio resources.
- Supporting launch preparations and contributing to ongoing operational strategy as the business evolves.
- Identifying efficiencies and leveraging technology and emerging tools to improve operational effectiveness.
- Working closely with leadership to support future site expansion and growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will likely demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Studio Manager, General Manager or multi-site leadership role.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue and delivering operational KPIs.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to create structure within a fast-moving environment.
