An exciting opportunity awaits a socially native, creatively driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of the digital presence for one of the most dynamic and fast-growing brands in the fitness events space. Sitting at the intersection of fitness, sport, and live experiences, the Social Media Manager will lead the brand’s social strategy, content creation, and community growth, turning moments on the ground into content that people want to be part of.

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis, strategy execution and content creation.
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build a content engine that drives awareness, engagement, and participation.
- Identify growth opportunities across organic, paid, and community-led channels.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
Content Creation & Event-Led Storytelling
- Lead the creation of high-impact, social-first content, with a strong focus on short-form video.
- Capture and produce content at live events, competitions, and activations.
- Translate real-world energy into compelling digital narratives that drive FOMO and participation.
- Balance high-quality production with reactive, in-the-moment content.
Community & Audience Engagement
- Build and nurture an engaged, loyal, and high-energy community.
- Act as the brand’s voice across comments, DMs, and conversations.
- Engage with athletes, participants, influencers, and partners to strengthen relationships and visibility.
- Turn followers into participants, and participants into advocates.
Performance & Optimisation
- Track and analyse social performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Use data to refine content strategy, improve reach, and drive conversion.
- Continuously test formats, messaging, and creative approaches.
Partnerships & Influencer Collaboration
- Work with athletes, creators, and fitness influencers to amplify reach and credibility.
- Support partnerships and event activations through social content and collaboration.
- Identify and build relationships with key voices within the fitness and competition space.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, events, and production teams to align campaigns and messaging.
- Contribute to creative direction, campaign ideas, and content planning.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social touch points.
