About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional full-time Concierge / Front of House team members to play a key role in delivering a seamless member journey for this new space. As the first point of contact, you will embody the brand\’s values of elegance, discretion, and excellence. You will ensure that every touchpoint within the club reflects a standard of service as refined as the environment itself.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle settings – someone who understands that true service is both highly professional and deeply personal.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide an impeccable welcome experience for all members and guests, ensuring each interaction feels personal and elevated.

Oversee the daily operation of the front-of-house, spa and member services, maintaining a calm, efficient, and luxurious environment.

Anticipate member needs and offer tailored solutions, from fitness and wellness bookings to lifestyle requests.

Manage scheduling and coordination of classes, treatments, and services.

Act as a point of escalation, ensuring smooth resolution of any service issues with discretion and grace.
