A leading boutique S&C training brand is seeking a talented and motivated Coach and/or Senior Coach to join their growing team in London. The Basics:

  • Salary: £1,200 - £1,400 per month
  • Working hours: part-time (approx 15 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Delivery
    • Deliver personal and group training sessions to the highest standard, maintaining consistency with company programming and methodology.
    • Provide members with professional coaching, constructive feedback, and a motivating, safe training environment.
    • Contribute ideas to refine programming and ensure the smooth daily operation of the facility.
    • Stay up to date with the latest training research, trends, and techniques to continually improve coaching delivery.
    • Attend weekly team meetings and workshops to maintain alignment and standards across the coaching team.
  2. Member Experience
    • Deliver exceptional, personalised member experiences—ensuring every individual feels supported, motivated, and valued.
    • Play an active role in onboarding new members, helping them integrate seamlessly into the community.
    • Support retention initiatives and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and empowering training environment.
    • Act as an ambassador for the brand, fostering strong relationships with members and visitors alike.
  3. Facility Standards & Safety
    • Ensure all members train safely and that all equipment and facilities are maintained to a professional standard.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across training spaces at all times.
    • Report and log any maintenance issues, adhering to health and safety procedures.
  4. Professional Development
    • Commit to completing all in-house training and development modules within set timelines.
    • Engage in continuous professional education to enhance both technical and interpersonal coaching skills.
    • Take ownership of your career progression, working closely with senior leadership to achieve development goals.
  5. Team Contribution
    • Collaborate with the wider site team to achieve membership, engagement, and retention targets.

The Person:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (minimum).
  • Proven experience in delivering both personal and small-group training.
