As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of transformative marketing strategies to position the brand as a market leader. You will help drive lead acquisition, boost membership retention and growth, and elevate the member experience across all brand touch points. This role is ideal for a marketing leader with a proven track record in the luxury fashion, fitness or wellness sectors, looking to create meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The Role:
- Salary: £50-£60k
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- Leave: 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays)
- On-Site 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Leadership and Strategy: Help define and execute the marketing vision, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and values. Develop and implement a robust, omni-channel marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and differentiate the portfolio in a competitive market. Leverage market insights, member feedback, and industry trends to refine marketing initiatives and drive long-term growth.
- Brand Development and Campaign Management: Oversee the creation of innovative, high-impact campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and events. Partner with creative teams to deliver engaging content and visually impactful marketing materials. Monitor campaign performance through data analysis, optimising strategies for maximum ROI.
- Digital Excellence: Help lead and define the brand’s online strategy, optimising website performance, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising efforts. Ensure impactful social media campaigns to grow community engagement and support membership goals. Work closely with the Brand and Communications manager to align content and campaigns with overall brand messaging.
- Community and Member Engagement: Cultivate strong partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media to amplify community presence. Spearhead events and activations that resonate with members, fostering a sense of belonging. Collaborate with studio teams to create and promote unique programming, workshops, and challenges.
- Membership Growth and Retention: Develop targeted strategies to acquire new members while ensuring high retention rates. Work with commercial teams to design compelling membership promotions and offers. Utilise membership data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback, enabling professional development and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Financial and Performance Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong return on investment. Track key performance indicators, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and financial performance.
- Technology and Tools Management: Drive the effective use of marketing technology, ensuring the team leverages software platforms like MBO and Hubspot to maximise results.

- Achievement of membership acquisition, retention, and satisfaction targets.
- Consistent growth in brand awareness, evidenced by increased social media following, engagement, and positive reviews.

- Fostering a high-performing, engaged, and motivated marketing team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years of strategic marketing and project management experience, with expertise in brand management, content marketing, and digital strategy.
- Prior experience working in luxury fashion or wellness.
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams and cross-functional projects within the leisure, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to think both strategically and creatively.
- Strong analytical acumen and experience in leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and report campaign performance.
- Proficient in current marketing technologies and tools, with a track record of optimising workflows and scaling innovative solutions.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
