An exceptional opportunity awaits a commercially astute, creatively driven marketing leader ready to step into a role with genuine ownership and influence. This position sits at the heart of a fast‐scaling consumer business, tasked with building and leading a best‐in‐class marketing engine that blends content, performance, influencers, and unconventional thinking to drive rapid, sustainable growth. This is not a role for a caretaker - it’s for a builder. Someone who understands how to turn storytelling into scale, creativity into CAC efficiency, and attention into revenue.

With full accountability for UK marketing strategy and execution, the Marketing Director will shape the brand's voice, own the demand funnel end to end, and set the creative and commercial direction across every major channel. The successful candidate will be both strategic and relentlessly hands‐on: equally comfortable setting vision, allocating budget, and mentoring senior talent as they are pushing creative boundaries, interrogating performance data, and moving quickly on opportunities others miss.

For a smart, hungry marketer looking to step up into a truly defining leadership role, this is a chance to build something meaningful, visible, and commercially impactful - and to be recognised for it.
