As Head of Finance you will be the engine of our finance function, building the reporting infrastructure, financial models and controls that a scaling, multi‑territory business needs. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team, translating numbers into insight and giving the business the financial clarity to grow with confidence.

The Basics:

The Role:
Financial Reporting + Modelling:
Own the month‑end close and produce accurate management accounts: P&L, balance sheet and cashflow to tight deadlines
Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, new site appraisals and international expansion decisions
Develop KPI dashboards covering revenue, membership, class utilisation, retention, payroll and profitability
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes; track performance and flag risks and opportunities proactively
Deliver clear, commercially focused commentary to support leadership decision‑making
Analyse membership, class, treatment and retail revenue streams to identify margin improvement opportunities
