Join a South London Strength and Conditioning studio as their latest coach! Are you a dynamic and passionate fitness professional with a passion for leading and inspiring others? We are seeking an incredible personality to join the team at one of South London's best group training gyms.

The Basics:

  • Salary: £35-40/ session
  • Working Hours: Part time, prime time classes on offer
  • Ability to use the gym to train your own PT clients
  • A great way to scale your client list!
  • Consistent training and mentoring provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a variety of Strength and Conditioning classes.
  • Develop and deliver safe and effective workouts that cater to participants of different fitness levels and abilities.
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment that motivates and inspires class participants to reach their full potential.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and modifications when necessary.
  • Offer encouragement, guidance, and support to participants throughout the class, ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
  • Communicate with the Head of Fitness/ Head of concept.
  • Potential Personal Training Clients if you want.
  • General Studio assistant duties when required.
  • Monitor participants' form and technique, providing feedback and corrections as needed to prevent injuries and maximise results.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge in fitness and exercise science.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workout space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and properly stored.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team and management to develop and promote new fitness programs and initiatives.

The Person:

  • Nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Group Exercise Coach, leading a variety of classes with diverse populations.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, form, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment where participants feel welcome and encouraged.
  • High energy level and enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
