This is an ideal role for a digital marketer who thrives on driving measurable growth through intelligent performance marketing, strategic thinking, and continual optimisation. Working closely with the senior leadership team, they will take ownership of the business's digital acquisition strategy, ensuring every campaign delivers against commercial objectives while strengthening brand awareness and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution, confidently managing paid media across Google Ads and Meta, analysing performance data, and continuously refining campaigns to maximise return on investment. The Role:

Responsibilities
- Digital Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and member retention through digital channels.
- Continually review market trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure digital activity supports broader brand campaigns and business priorities.
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage advertising budgets to maximise efficiency, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Continuously test audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor acquisition costs, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness, making recommendations based on data.
- Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Review and optimise website content and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion.
- Support SEO best practices and identify opportunities to increase organic visibility.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the premium positioning of the business.
- Recommend improvements to the online customer journey to maximise enquiries and membership conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across all digital channels, providing regular reports and commercial insights.
- Analyse key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to inform future strategy.
- Present clear recommendations that support business growth and marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns support wider business initiatives.
- Provide guidance on digital best practice across content, campaigns, and online communications.
- Stay informed of emerging digital trends and proactively introduce new opportunities that support business growth.
