  • Act as a trusted advisor across both strategic planning and day-to-day commercial decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range financial modelling.
  • Build sophisticated yet practical financial models to support scaling, investment decisions, and future growth.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards that provide visibility across revenue, profitability, labour, operational costs, and site performance.
  • Analyse trends and patterns within the business to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and improved operational efficiency.
  • Deliver insightful performance reporting with clear recommendations and actionable next steps.

Commercial + Operational Finance

  • Work cross-functionally with operational leaders to improve margins, increase efficiency, and optimise business performance.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, customer economics, membership models, and ancillary revenue streams.
  • Identify creative and commercially robust ways to reduce costs without compromising customer experience or growth potential.
  • Support investment appraisal, business cases, and new site feasibility analysis.

Cashflow + Financial Control

  • Oversee cashflow forecasting and working capital management to ensure strong financial health and resilience.
  • Implement and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the business.
  • Manage financial risk and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
