A dynamic opportunity is available for high-energy fitness professionals to join the founding instructor team at a premium Reformer Pilates studio. This role is ideal for experienced group fitness coaches - whether from spin, HIIT, dance, or strength-based backgrounds - who thrive in a fast-paced, music-driven environment. No prior Reformer Pilates certification or experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Instructors will lead engaging, 50-minute choreographed classes, motivating clients of all fitness levels while delivering a safe, effective and results-driven workout experience. This is a chance to be part of an exciting launch and help shape a strong, community-driven studio culture.

The Company: This boutique fitness brand is redefining Reformer Pilates through modern, high-energy classes that blend strength, endurance and rhythm. With a strong emphasis on community, inclusivity and performance, the studio creates an environment where both clients and instructors feel supported and inspired. As part of the founding team, instructors will receive industry-recognised training and play a key role in establishing the studio’s identity and member experience.

The Basics:

  • £45 per class (starting rate) opportunity to earn commission based on class occupancy.
  • East London starting location but more studios due to open in the coming months.
  • FREE training for founding instructors worth £1,500 (something that will not be offered to future instructors).
  • Opportunity to grow with the brand as they begin their venture in the UK from the US!

The Role:

  • Deliver high-energy, music-led reformer Pilates classes (50 minutes).
  • Guide clients safely through workouts, offering modifications and form corrections.
  • Create an inclusive, motivating, and community-focused class environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to studio culture.
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Support studio operations and assist with additional duties when required.
  • Be available for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

The Person:

  • Experienced group fitness instructor (e.g. spin, HIIT, dance, bootcamp, or similar).
  • Confident leading fast-paced, high-energy classes with music.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to personal and team success.
  • Open to learning and developing new coaching skills.
  • Current CPR/AED certification (required).

The Process: Successful candidates will be invited to take part in an intensive 5-day training academy running from June 20th to June 24th (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily). This programme, typically valued at £1,500, will be fully funded for founding instructors.

To ensure commitment: Instructors who leave within 6 months will be required to repay £750. No repayment is required after 12 months. Instructors are permitted to teach at other studios.

Following the academy: 3 days of “Friends & Family” sessions will provide practical teaching experience. A 2-week preview period (June 29th – July 13th) will require instructors to teach a minimum of 10 classes at £30 per class to gain certification. The training programme is NASM and AFAA accredited, offering valuable continuing education credits. Accreditation remains valid for two years upon completion and CPR renewal.
