An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise digital marketing activity across CRM, website, search and paid performance channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention through data-led digital marketing strategies and exceptional campaign execution.

The Role:
- Digital Marketing: Lead and deliver digital marketing activity across CRM, website, paid media and Google channels. Develop and optimise customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies. Monitor performance, analyse data and implement improvements to maximise ROI. Support the wider marketing strategy through integrated digital campaigns.
- CRM + Lifecycle Marketing: Own the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, app and automation. Build, optimise and report on customer journeys, segmentation and personalised communications. Develop newsletters, automated campaigns and retention initiatives that increase customer lifetime value.
- Website + Performance: Manage website content and optimisation to improve user experience and conversion. Support SEO, paid search and local search activity alongside agency partners. Deliver landing pages and digital content that support campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Campaigns + Insights: Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with business priorities. Track campaign performance and customer behaviour, using insights to inform future activity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on digital marketing experience with strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, website optimisation and performance marketing. They will be commercially minded, analytical and highly organised, with excellent copywriting and project management skills.
