A fast-growing, mission-driven FMCG brand within the health, fitness, and wellness space is hiring a Business Development Executive to help accelerate its presence across the UK fitness landscape. This is a highly visible, field-based role suited to someone who thrives in active environments and is passionate about building community-led brands. - Gym + Fitness Account Activation
- Open and activate top independent gyms across London and the UK
- Convert gym owners into long-term wholesale customers
- Ensure strong distribution and availability across fitness locations
- Drive visibility and engagement through in-gym activations and sampling
- Relationship + Community Building
- Build strong, authentic relationships with gym owners, personal trainers, and the wider fitness community
- Identify and deliver creative sampling and brand-building opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador within gyms, climbing centres, and fitness events
- Commercial + Brand Execution
- Promote and support the listing of sport-focused product ranges and new SKUs
- Execute promotional initiatives in partnership with wholesalers
- Support creative branding opportunities within fitness environments
- Develop foundational account management and commercial skills

- Graduate-level or post-graduate candidate; no prior FMCG experience required
- Highly motivated individual with a strong interest in fitness, sport, or climbing
