The Role:

As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day leadership of the studio, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding guest experience and strong commercial performance.

You will play a key role in embedding systems, developing the team, and maintaining high standards across all departments, while also acting as a senior leader on‑site.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and operational delivery.

  • Weekend availability required
  • Location: Sloane Square

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing all day‑to‑day studio operations and ensuring seamless execution across all departments.

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in managing P&L performance, including revenue, cost control and operational efficiency.

  • Liaise with instructors, therapists and external partners to ensure smooth daily delivery.
  • Support membership growth, retention and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards at all times.
  • Step into leadership coverage when required, acting as point of contact in the absence of the General Manager.

  • A hands‑on approach combined with the ability to think operationally and strategically.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
