The Role:

  • Salary: £70,000 Base

Responsibilities:

  1. Workout Content & Programming: Develop high-quality workout programs (strength, yoga, boxing, dance, etc.), ranging from 10-minute sessions to multi-week structured plans. Work closely with celebrity athletes, Olympians, and expert trainers to design innovative workouts that leverage the latest in sports science and performance training. Adapt AI-driven feedback systems to personalise workouts and ensure optimal user engagement.
  2. Talent Onboarding & Management: Source and onboard top-tier fitness talent, including high-profile athletes and industry-leading coaches. Collaborate with trainers to curate workouts that align with their unique expertise. Manage scheduling and coordination to maximise content output during studio filming sessions. In the future, lead negotiations with talent and broker partnerships with elite sports professionals.
  3. Content Production & Studio Management: Plan and coordinate video shoots, ensuring efficiency to capture 6-7 high-quality workouts per day, when filming. Supervise the editing and post-production process, ensuring seamless integration of AI-powered feedback and interactive coaching. Work closely with videographers and editors to produce content that is visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.
  4. Product & Project Management: Collaborate with the CPO, engineers, and designers to build and execute an ambitious content roadmap. Define user stories, epics, and project specifications, ensuring smooth execution across teams. Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring content updates align with the company’s vision.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Mixpanel and analytics tools to track user engagement, conversion rates, and retention metrics. Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to optimise workout content and improve user satisfaction. Define success metrics for new workout releases and refine content strategies based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  6. Coaching & User Interaction: Lead workout sessions and 1:1 coaching experiences, demonstrating exceptional ability to explain technical movements across various fitness disciplines. Engage with users through live and recorded content, delivering an experience that is both educational and entertaining. Work alongside the Senior Product Designer to create an immersive and engaging user experience.

  • Strong Content & Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, talent, and production schedules.

  • Highly Product-Minded: Ability to bridge content creation with tech-driven experiences.
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to coordinate large-scale content production and talent scheduling.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Experience with Mixpanel, JIRA, and project management tools (Slack, Asana, etc.).
