A fast-growing, mission-led FMCG brand operating at the intersection of sport, outdoor adventure, and sustainability is hiring a Graduate Business Development Executive to help accelerate its presence across the UK fitness landscape. This is a high-energy, field-based graduate role for someone who is hungry, tenacious, and not afraid to put themselves out there. You’ll be on the ground, opening doors, starting conversations, representing the brand in person, and building genuine relationships within gyms, climbing centres, and fitness communities. If you enjoy being active, thrive on human interaction, and want a hands-on entry point into FMCG sales, this is an opportunity to build real commercial experience from day one.

  • Location: London, with travel around the capital as part of role

The Role...

  • Gym + Fitness Account Activation
    • Proactively approach, open, and activate independent gyms and fitness venues across London and the UK
    • Confidently introduce the brand, pitch its value, and convert gym owners into long-term wholesale customers
    • Ensure strong product distribution and visibility across fitness environments
    • Deliver in-gym activations, sampling sessions, and grassroots brand moments
  • Relationship + Community Building
    • Build authentic, face-to-face relationships with gym owners, personal trainers, coaches, and fitness communities
    • Identify creative ways to embed the brand into gym culture, events, and training environments
    • Act as a true brand ambassador, confidently representing the brand at gyms, climbing centres, and fitness events
    • Spend time in the field — this role is about showing up, starting conversations, and being seen
  • Commercial + Brand Execution
    • Support the rollout of sport-focused product ranges and new SKUs
    • Execute promotions in collaboration with wholesale partners
    • Support brand presence through creative in-gym and community-led initiatives
    • Develop core commercial, sales, and account management skills within FMCG

The Person...

  • Recent graduate or post-graduate (this role is not suitable for senior or experienced FMCG or sales professionals)
  • No prior FMCG or sales experience required — attitude and drive are essential
  • Tenacious, confident, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and keep going
  • Comfortable approaching people, starting conversations, and pitching face-to-face
  • Strong interest in sport, fitness, outdoor adventure, or climbing
  • Enjoys being out of the office and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, field-based role
  • Naturally personable and happy representing a brand at events, activations, and weekends when required
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident managing time and travel independently
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainability
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career in FMCG, sales, or brand development
