Are you a dynamic and passionate fitness professional a passion for leading and inspiring others? We are seeking a part time Crossfit coach to join the team at one of London\'s premier Crossfit Boxes, in South West London, to help deliver an unparalleled fitness experience.

The Role...

● Salary: £30 base

● Working Hours: Flexible/ Part Time

● Personal Training: Option to pick up PT work at £60/ session

● Free use of the gym and facilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead a variety of Crossfit and Functional Fitness classes as well as optional PT.
  • Develop and deliver safe and effective workouts that cater to participants of different fitness levels and abilities.
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment that motivates and inspires class participants to reach their full potential.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and modifications when necessary.
  • Offer encouragement, guidance, and support to participants throughout the class, ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, engaging participants and keeping them motivated throughout the session.
  • Monitor participants\' form and technique, providing feedback and corrections as needed to prevent injuries and maximise results.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge in fitness and exercise science.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after each class.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workout space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and properly stored.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team and management to suggest, develop and promote new fitness programs and initiatives.

The Applicant

  • Nationally recognised fitness certification Level 3, plus appropriate qualification for each class.
  • CF-L1
  • Proven experience as a Group Exercise Coach, leading a variety of classes with diverse populations.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, form, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment where participants feel welcome and encouraged.
  • High energy level and enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
