This is a highly creative, hands-on role for a content specialist who combines excellent production skills with cultural intuition; someone who can translate ideas into premium visuals, compelling video and emotionally resonant content. This role sits at the heart of the brand’s creative output. You will be responsible for elevating the look, feel and storytelling quality of all social content, ensuring every asset feels aspirational, intentional, and unmistakably premium. From concept through to final delivery, you’ll create content that inspires, performs, and builds a deeply engaged community.

The Role...
- Content Creation + Production:
- Produce high-end, social-first content across photography, video, motion, and short-form formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Lead content shoots end-to-end — from creative ideation and shot lists to filming, lighting, sound, editing, and final delivery.
- Work confidently with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve a polished, editorial-grade finish.
- Ensure a consistent, elevated visual identity across all content outputs, aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and wider creative teams to deliver cohesive, best-in-class campaigns.
- Translate brand strategy into storytelling-led content that feels aspirational, emotive, and performance-driven.
Social Media Execution
- Work collaboratively with the wider Content Team to plan, create and manage day-to-day content publishing across all social platforms.
- Create audience-focused content that drives conversation, community building, and meaningful engagement.
- Keep content calendars organised, ensuring timelines are met and campaigns are delivered smoothly.
- Optimise content in real time based on performance, insights, and evolving trends.
Innovation + Trends:
- Stay ahead of social media trends, new formats, and emerging creative techniques.
- Regularly test innovative content ideas to push boundaries and keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Monitor competitor and industry activity to keep the brand’s content fresh, distinctive, and forward-thinking.

- 3+ years proven experience creating high-quality social content, ideally within lifestyle, health, wellness, or food.
- Demonstrable experience shooting with professional-grade cameras (DSLR / mirrorless / cinema), lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and a strong creative instinct for what captures attention online.
- Strong visual sensibility with the ability to shoot and edit compelling video content that can be used across a range of channels and mediums. Experience with a range of editing software is essential.
- Hands-on experience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Confident working alongside videographers, photographers, and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Deep understanding of what performs on social and how to optimise content for engagement.
