We’re partnering with a premium health and wellness business to find a highly organised, creative and action‑oriented Social Media + Community Marketing Manager. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced marketing team, focused on driving community engagement, studio traffic, customer loyalty and brand awareness through compelling social content, local activations, partnerships and events.

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, analysis, strategy execution and content creation.
The Role... Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will take ownership of local marketing initiatives and organic social media activity across multiple studio locations. The position is heavily execution‑focused, combining content creation, community engagement, partnerships, events, and studio support. Key responsibilities include:
- Social Media + Content: Own and manage the organic social media calendar across multiple platforms. Create engaging, on‑brand content including photography, video, reels, and stories. Film and edit reactive social content using accessible tools such as CapCut and Canva. Develop audience‑specific content aligned to wider marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, produce weekly reporting, and identify optimisation opportunities. Support influencer and ambassador activity to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Community Marketing + Activations: Plan and deliver local marketing activations across studio locations. Support studio teams with promotional activity, communications, and marketing materials. Build partnerships with relevant brands, fitness communities, and local organisations. Create events and community initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and first‑time visits. Act as a key marketing contact for studio managers and frontline teams.
- Campaign + Brand Support: Assist with the execution of wider marketing campaigns and promotions. Coordinate marketing collateral, studio signage, and printed materials. Support internal engagement initiatives and encourage team participation in content creation. Stay informed on wellness and fitness industry trends to identify new opportunities and ideas.
