This isn’t your typical studio. Alongside an exceptional training experience, the team is on a mission to prove that performance and planet-conscious values can go hand-in-hand. This new venture is set to make waves and they are looking for standout Cycle Instructors to lead the charge.
As a CycleInstructor, you will have the opportunity to create an energising and motivating fitness and wellness experience for the members, helping them achieve their fitness goals while having fun in a supportive and sustainable environment.
Please note the training and education for this role is on Wednesday 22nd October 2025, so applicants must be free for the entire day to be considered as an instructor for this studio.
The Role:
- Highly competitive class pay: Starting at £40 per class with option to increase to £50 & £60 per class depending on experience and commitment.
- Flexible scheduling: Teaching a minimum of 4 per week across weekday early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and Saturday mid-morning and early afternoon.

Responsibilities:
Studio Specific:
- Lead high-energy cycle classes which will be a mix of Rhythm Riding and Performance, Metrics-Based classes.
- Arrive early to set up (bikes/music/cleats) and greet clients in a timely manner.
- Curate unique class content e.g. playlisting, choreography combinations, performance programming.
- Champion the sustainability and wellness mission of the studio and be knowledgeable about eco-friendly features exclusive to this studio e.g. bikes in spin studio powering the entire space, brand partnerships, towels and washing facilities available.
- Attend quarterly team meetings, training sessions and staff events and contribute to regular marketing campaigns with written and social media content.
Generic Instructor Qualities:
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that motivates and inspires class participants to reach their full potential.
- Provide clear and concise instructions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and modifications when necessary.
- Offer encouragement, guidance, and support to participants throughout the class, ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, engaging participants and keeping them motivated throughout the session.
- Monitor participants\’ form and technique, providing feedback and corrections as needed to prevent injuries and maximise results.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge in fitness and exercise science.
- Maintain a clean and organised workout space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and properly stored.
- Collaborate with the Studio Management Team to develop and promote new fitness programs and initiatives.
The Person:
- Nationally recognised fitness certification Level 2 or 3 and indoor cycling qualification.
- No specific teaching experience required, just a deep understanding and connection to music.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, form, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- Flexible and reliable: available to teach during key times (early morning, evenings, weekends), with willingness to cover occasional shifts.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment where participants feel welcome and encouraged.
- High energy level and enthusiasm for fitness/wellness and helping others achieve their goals.
- First Aid certification is preferable, but not essential.
- Existing Social Media presence and engaged community is preferable, but not essential.
