The Basics:
- Salary: £25-£35 per session
- Working hours: Multiple shifts per week (3-8 hours per shift) must be available for early, evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery
- Deliver high-impact, 30-minute personal training sessions for up to three clients simultaneously, maintaining exceptional attention to individual needs.
- Provide technically precise coaching, ensuring safe and effective use of advanced training equipment.
- Apply structured methodologies to maximise client performance and results.
- Continuously refine coaching delivery through ongoing learning and exposure to the latest performance science.
- Member Experience
- Deliver a premium, highly personalised client experience with a strong focus on hospitality and service.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, supporting long-term engagement and retention.
- Guide clients through their fitness journey with clear communication, motivation, and accountability.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the studio's values and standards at all times.
- Data-Driven Coaching & Programming
- Conduct detailed assessments using advanced diagnostic tools to measure metrics such as strength, mobility, and metabolism.
- Translate data and lifestyle insights into tailored training, recovery, and wellness programmes.
- Track progress consistently and adapt programmes to ensure optimal long-term outcomes.
- Take ownership of each client's performance journey and overall experience.
- Facility Standards & Operations
- Maintain a pristine, safe, and premium studio environment at all times.
- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained correctly to the highest standards.
- Support the wider team in delivering a seamless day-to-day operation.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture within the studio.
The Person:
- Degree in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Physiology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of strength training, mobility, and endurance principles.
- Experience working within premium or luxury fitness environments (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-touch service.
- Comfortable working with data, technology, and digital platforms.
