The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Due to our reputation for fantastic customer service and training, we have an opening for a professional, sociable individual to deliver product training. The right candidate will thrive to maintain the excellent service that we are known for. Full product training will be provided. This is a full-time training position based at our Stoke-on-Trent office.

Responsibilities:- Deliver product training and support customers with product knowledge.
- Train at the head office in Stoke-on-Trent and in the field.
- Contribute to maintaining the high standard of service the company is known for.
- Must have PTLLS or AET qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in training clients with varying levels of competency; capable of managing your own training diary and confidently engaging with potential clients by phone to build relationships with therapists, salons and spas.
- Current driving licence and willingness to travel for training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact at all levels.
- Level 4 qualification is preferable but not essential.
- Prior experience with Microdermabrasion, Hydro, Radio Frequency, IPL and/or Laser would be advantageous.
- Strong administrative/analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Self-starter who can operate as part of a team and autonomously.
- Great customer service skills.
