Job Overview
Senior Technician – Design team, located Speke, Liverpool or Wymondham. Hours 37.5 per week with flexibility. No sponsorship will be offered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Produce and check structural engineering drawings, 3D building models, reinforcement schedules, and specifications for building and associated structural works.
- Produce and check coordinated building structures drawings, design models, schedules, and specifications within a quality assurance environment.
- Check and coordinate structural design information with other technical disciplines.
- Visit sites to carry out surveys and inspections.
Qualifications
- Degree in a construction-related discipline (structural or civil engineering, building or construction) or HNC/BTEC or equivalent.
- Extensive experience using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to produce building structure models and drawings compliant with CDM Regulations and British and European standards.
- Working knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing and scheduling to European/British Standards.
