We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Thames Water Mogden STW team based in Isleworth, Twickenham (London). This role is 45 hours per week with some flexibility on hours. If you are open to working away from home, we will cover costs of staying away.
Responsibilities
- Leading multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment.
- Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets.
- Championing a zero‑harm culture and ensuring robust management of high‑risk activities.
- Building trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners.
- Leading and developing a multi‑disciplinary management team.
Qualifications
- Extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction.
- Proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments.
- Genuine commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture.
- Experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks.
