We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team working on sites across the northern Thames valley region. Location: Multiple locations (Oxfordshire, Swindon, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire) - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in our commercial team, assisting with the commercial management of our Water Framework project during the construction phase. You'll join a supportive environment where talent is nurtured and your expertise is valued. What will you be responsible for?

  • Managing valuations, project cashflows, and producing comprehensive monthly cost reports

  • Driving commercial initiatives and developing margin improvement plans
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members to meet targets and deadlines

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a construction-related degree qualification
  • You have a full UK driving licence
  • You bring commercial experience working for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure
  • You're familiar with various contract forms
  • You thrive when collaborating with colleagues and building relationships
