We’re looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join our Construction team based in Essex, Location: Witham, Essex. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Senior Bid Manager responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute bid strategies that win work.
- Bring together internal teams and external partners to create compelling responses.
- Manage the entire bid process from launch to submission, ensuring all quality, technical, and commercial requirements are met on time.
- Write and review quality responses that articulate our strengths and differentiate us from competitors.
- Engage with client stakeholders and track risks, working closely with specialists to mitigate challenges.
- Mentor and guide other bid managers, sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience developing bid‑win strategies and delivering high-quality bids to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to bring diverse teams together and inspire others.
- Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and InDesign, comfortable working with design and production processes.
