We're looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our MOJ and Home Office Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday to Friday
This is an excellent opportunity to join our dedicated Contract Administration team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our operational and office-based colleagues. You'll be at the heart of our service delivery, ensuring smooth coordination of work orders and providing essential administrative support across our MOJ and Home Office contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Raising, allocating and completing work orders for both reactive works and contract managers, ensuring all details are accurate and comprehensive.
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, monitoring inboxes and providing phone cover to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Scheduling works to Kier engineers or subcontractors, arranging site escorts, and coordinating equipment hire as needed.
- Reviewing and completing work order paperwork, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Supporting contract managers with performance reporting, resolving system issues, and maintaining excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Confidence with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively whilst maintaining a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Ability to obtain CTC Clearance, which is required for this role.
