Lancer Scott in Bristol is seeking a Service Delivery Administrator to be the first contact for clients, supporting processing of new and existing work orders via our internal CAFM system. You will be part of the Service Delivery Team and ensure accurate data, SLA adherence and up-to-date contract information. Based at our head office in Central Bristol, you will build strong client relationships, handle phone and email inquiries, allocate work orders, monitor diaries, and coordinate with clients.
