India Based Personal Assistant to MD at Leading UK Recruitment Consultancy

Our firm has a robust outsourcing arm in India, and we are currently in search of a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director (MD).

The Role: As the Personal Assistant to the MD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and facilitating effective communication between the MD and our team in India. Your responsibilities will include managing the MD’s schedule, handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and undertaking various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the MD’s schedule, ensuring optimal time management and preparation for meetings and engagements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the MD, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and our outsourcing team in India, coordinating tasks, and ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and duties.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in English.
  • Experience in coordinating with international teams, preferably in India.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
