The predicted salary is between 12 - 18 Β£ per hour.

An admin role that supports the onboarding of Speakers in the run up to events, via email, and collating the information. Initially a Full time role for 6 weeks, then reduces to part time for 3 weeks. Flexible about when the hours are fulfilled, and how many hours. Required from mid to late July for a few occasional days to set up and brief the job. Then start in August until 1st week of October. Please note some days you could do more hours than another day, depending on the task.

Responsible for: Certain tasks that onboard confirmed speakers.

Main Purpose & tasks:

  • Daily onboard speakers
  • Collate responses to a particular communication sent, such as socials, presentations received, sending moderator intros
  • Respond to email queries, and process them
  • Update master run order excel document
  • Attend weekly SM meetings
  • Provide reports

Attributes:

  • Must be proficient in IT to a high standard to include excel, word, powerpoint, outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail is vital and completing a full process
  • Excellent communicator
  • Enjoys excelling in the service we deliver, happy to go that little extra

Nice to have:

  • Previous event admin experience
  • Proficient in Mail merge

Additional notes: This is an administration role that is all about looking after Speakers in the run up to an Event in October. Every deadline has to be met exactly; therefore you need to be confident you can deliver this. An understanding of how to balance the reactive and proactive elements of the role.

Must have a good internet connection. Please note it’s important you are familiar and competent to set up dropbox, email, google sheets. It is important you have the MS office /365. Must have whatsapp, for immediate communication and quick queries/support.

I am considering budgets approx. Β£15 ph, as the role is very straightforward, and has the added benefit of its flexibility.
