We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive freelancer to oversee the daily operations of our three retail websites. The ideal candidate will not only manage the online presence but will also have a strong inclination towards treating these websites as their own fashion brands, ensuring their success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Website Maintenance and Management: Ensure all products are listed with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor and update stock levels, ensuring the website reflects current inventory (100-150 pieces at any given time across all three sites). Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues in a timely manner.
- Social Media Management: Maintain, update, and engage with followers on all associated social media pages. Curate and post regular content, reflecting brand values and aesthetics. Respond to comments, messages, and queries, ensuring a high level of customer interaction.
- Order Fulfilment: Oversee the order process from placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. Pack and dispatch products efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Manage returns and exchanges as per the company’s policies.
- Sales and Reporting: Drive online sales through effective site management and promotional strategies. Generate monthly sales reports and provide insights into sales trends and customer behavior.
