Looking for a dynamic UK-based individual with good organisational skills to handle our enquiry process through to invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and knowledge of online spreadsheet applications such as Smartsheet. Familiarity with Xero accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required. This role initially requires 2-4 hours per day (Monday to Friday). We are a curtain and blind company, so industry knowledge is essential, along with a good understanding of the installation processes related to these products.
