As a Player Protection Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring player safety and maintaining compliance standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and interact directly with players via email or phone, identifying potentially harmful behaviour and supporting players with care and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing behaviour and risk patterns to identify potential vulnerabilities
  • Contacting players showing signs of risk via email or phone
  • Providing guidance and support according to internal safeguarding policies
  • Monitoring player activity to prevent underage access or account misuse
  • Reviewing case reports regularly and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Supporting refund and review processes for self-excluded users
  • Recommending improvements to internal processes and reporting practices
  • Promoting awareness and assisting in training initiatives on responsible engagement

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native fluency in English
  • Genuine interest in behavioural analysis, psychology, or safeguarding practices
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a flexible, solutions-driven approach
  • Previous experience in compliance, player protection, or customer care is a plus
