We are recruiting for multiple Production Operator positions, including Shopfloor Operators and Bonding Operators, with all training provided.
Please note: initial training will be completed on rotating day and mid shifts before moving onto full-time nights.

The Role
Working as a Production Operative, you will join one of several production areas within the factory.
Opportunities are available for both Shopfloor Operators, supporting the core manufacturing process, and Bonding Operators, working within a specialist production area.
No previous experience in these specific roles is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a busy manufacturing and production environment
- Operating and monitoring automated production equipment
- Supporting production processes as either a Shopfloor Operator or Bonding Operator
- Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery
- Handling components and materials throughout the production process
- Carrying out quality inspections and recording production data
- Working safely around machinery and chemicals while following strict health and safety procedures
- Identifying and reporting production issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Supporting the wider production team as required

- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential

- Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked
