The Role - Operational Support Officer

In this essential full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week), you will help coordinate the daily activities that keep our community running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• upporting the safety of the site through attentive monitoring of CCTV and communication networks.
• elcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring all safety protocols are followed with care and

professionalism.

• ssuing keys, tallies, and radios, and ensuring security keys are not removed from the Prison.
• accommodating the smooth and organised movement of people throughout the facility.
• andling telephone enquiries with a helpful and considerate approach.
• ssisting contractors and visitors with the necessary documentation and safety checks before they enter.
• nsuring the Visitors Centre remains a welcoming and secure space for families and guests.
