We''re working with a well respected and adaptable local construction services provider that are about to undertake a residential home into a care support facility in the heart of Plymouth.
The scheme, featuring structural alterations and general refurbishment works, commences mid August and will require a ticketed Site Supervisor/Manager to manage the day to day delivery on site including H and S, quality control and sub-contractor co-ordination.
You''ll also ensure that site diaries/records and kept updated and any potential issues are flagged and resolved.
In addition to having prior knowledge of residential conversion schemes, the usual SMSTS (or possibly SSSTS) and First aid at work will be required together with good communication, excellent H and S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front.
