An Insolvency Solicitor is sought by a Norwich-based practice to join their respected team, supporting a Partner on a broad caseload. This full-time position offers a salary between £55,000 and £90,000, dependent on experience, and requires a minimum of two years PQE. The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious work, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and creditors. The Role
- Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE, although candidates with strong experience in either contentious or non-contentious insolvency are encouraged to apply.
- You should have experience handling a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency matters and be confident advising a range of stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for a varied contentious and non-contentious caseload.
- You will advise insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and creditors, with a strong focus on business recovery and achieving the best possible outcomes for creditors.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
