On their behalf, Pertemps are now seeking Food Manufacturing Operatives to join the manufacturing team to help them deliver quality products safely, efficiently, and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and carry out tasks to the highest standards following full training.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO 9001, HACCP, and site-specific policies.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to maintain product integrity and consistency.
  • Support the company’s ESG goals by working safely, minimising waste, and reducing the need for product remixes.
  • Identify and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth production flow.

Essential

Desirable

  • Valid Forklift Counterbalance Truck licence.
