A Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE is sought by a well-regarded Newcastle upon Tyne practice, offering a permanent position with a salary between £45,000 and £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law matters, advising owner-managed businesses, listed companies, investors, and lenders.

You will handle high-value transactions across multiple sectors, gaining substantial client exposure and benefiting from a strong deal flow.

The team provides clear routes for professional advancement.

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law matters.
• Advise a diverse client base including owner managed businesses, listed companies, investors and lenders.

• Draft and negotiate transactional documents, corporate governance documentation and commercial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.
• Contribute to the supervision and development of junior team members.
• Play an active role in networking and business development initiatives.
• Suitable for qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience in corporate finance and transactional work gained in private practice or in-house.
• Confident managing your own caseload while contributing effectively to complex team led transactions.
• Excellent technical ability, communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior Lawyers would be advantageous.
