Junior Sous Chef Benefits
- andpound;18.26 per hour + annual bonus.
- 40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.

- A competent and experienced Junior Sous Chef who can confidently operate across all outlets within this multi£faceted hotel.
- A strong leader and motivator, capable of guiding and developing junior members of the brigade.
- A creative chef with the ability to contribute to seasonal, modern British menu development.
- A Junior Sous Chef with a stable employment history and excellent references, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- A hands£on, self£motivated individual with a minimum of four yearsandrsquo; experience in professional kitchens.
