An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and forward-thinking Tier One Contractor, working on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects across the South West. With an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects and building strong, long-term relationships with clients, our client is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Site Manager. The business operates across a broad range of sectors, including Education, Retail, Industrial, Healthcare, Ministry of Justice and Listed Buildings, meaning you will have the opportunity to work on varied and technically interesting projects rather than being restricted to one sector.

The Role

You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and site teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and contractual requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive site culture

About You

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong main contracting background and a proven track record of delivering large-scale Design & Build projects.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Experience working for a Tier One or leading main contractor
  • A proven track record of delivering complex construction projects
  • Experience across sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, MoJ or Listed Buildings
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The confidence to lead site teams and work effectively with clients and key stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to delivering high standards

What’s on Offer
