About The Role
Building Surveyor – Exeter, up to £45,000 per annum, full time (37 hours per week) with hybrid working.
You will deliver professional surveying services for a multi-disciplinary consultancy, managing projects across Devon from inception to completion.
Responsibilities include preparing specifications, drawings, and tender documentation, conducting condition surveys, and offering technical guidance to clients.
The position blends office, home, and site work, based near the M5.

- What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver building surveying projects in line with RICS standards
- Provide expert technical advice to clients and colleagues
- Prepare specifications, drawings, tenders and risk assessments
- Manage contracts, monitor sites and ensure quality throughout
- Carry out condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis and technical reporting
- Contribute to conservation projects and innovative repair solutions
