About The Role
The Customer Service Advisor position in Nottingham is a permanent, full-time role based within the automotive repair industry. You will act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating appointments and managing vehicle collections and deliveries. The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and ensuring the smooth coordination of appointments, vehicle collections, and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming and assisting customers in person and over the phone.
