Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys working with people as much as you enjoy keeping things organised?
We are working with a growing Contractor that delivers various projects across the South West.
This is a varied role where you’ll play an important part in supporting employees, management and the day-to-day running of the business.
About the Role
You’ll be a key point of contact for employees across the business, from apprentices and site teams through to project managers and directors.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing HR administration
- Maintaining accurate employee information and training records
- Coordinating training & new starter programs
- Timesheet support
- Assisting with any h day-to-day HR queries
- Maintaining the company documents and templates
- Raising purchase orders and supporting invoice administration
- Supporting fleet administration, including MOTs, servicing, tax and vehicle records
- Ordering office supplies & stationary
- Providing general administrative support to the Directors and wider management team
- Getting involved in company initiatives and supporting a positive workplace culture
