About The Role
Pertemps BOC seeks Warehouse Operative - Nights in Chesterfield, offering £13.72 to £14.38 hourly. This full or part-time post suits those wanting flexible hours, with shifts starting 8pm until 04:30am across five of seven days, including some weekend work. Duties involve handling goods within chilled and ambient settings, breaking down and allocating stock, meeting shift manager targets, plus possible heavy lifting. Candidates need reliability and physical stamina. Regular overtime, December bonus payments, free parking, immediate starts, and potential permanent contracts are provided. Prior warehouse experience helps but is not always essential. Full-time ongoing warehouse positions in Chesterfield, Night Shifts, 8pm starts. Mon-Fri £13.72ph, Sat/Sun £14.38ph plus great Christmas Bonus.

The role:
- Flexible shifts: 8pm-04:30am
- 5 out of 7 shift patterns including 1 or 2 weekend days
As a Warehouse Operative you will be:
- Working in a chilled and ambient environment
- Breaking down and allocating goods
- Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager
- Other duties which may include heavy lifting
The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
- Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
